Admissions and Enrolment Requirements
Clarence Primary School welcomes applications from parents and guardians seeking quality education for their children. Please take note of the following admission requirements and procedures.
Age Requirements
Grade R: The child must turn 5 years old on or before 30 June of the year of admission.
Grade 1: The child must turn 6 years old on or before 30 June of the year of admission.
Application Procedure
Collect an Application Form: Enrolment forms are available from the school's Administrative Office.
Pay the Application Fee: A non-refundable administration fee of R50 is payable upon submission of the application.
Application Outcome: Successful applicants will be notified telephonically by the school.
Initial Payment: Once notified of acceptance, parents or guardians will be required to pay an initial amount, which will be credited towards the applicable school fees.
Supporting Documentation
Parents and guardians must submit copies of all relevant supporting documents required for the enrolment process. Please ensure that all documentation is complete and submitted with the application.
